Hi Bill, heres pics of the piece you need, I just had mine all apart recently.
The green tape was used to keep screws in place after I removed it. Hope that helps. Last pic shows where it mounts.

I have bought and sold stuff with him & he has been fair. However there are a number of folks who don’t like him because he is running a business. I guess that dirties the whole hobby aspect of this up for me a little bit too, but it is nice to have a source for parts that aren’t easy to find. I don’t know.
