60 codes on the build card are for tops/roofs, they correlate to Y codes on the fender tag.
Follow the punch in column 60 up, there should be another punch in the R, X, 0, or 1 row.

Similar to the paint codes, for example, mine is GG1. There is no G on the right edge, so the punches are 771 in the 29/30/31 columns.
Above in the 29/30 columns there are 2 punches in the R row, very top row, they actually punch out the D in CODE in the DEALER CODE box at the top.

G is the seventh letter in the alphabet, therefore 771, and iirc the punches above have something to do with what upper rows get punched.
So Turbine Bronze is MM1, so M is the second time around from 1-9, which gives you 4, and the second row from the top is X, so the punches would be 441 with 2 punches above the 4s in row X.

29/30 have a 9 and a 0 punched, and 31 has a 1 punched.
Paint codes don't use all the letters, ie: there is no II1, but the IBM punch card does.

Pic of how the IBM punch card 'punches' the various characters.

On the Chrysler IBM card, the first 2 rows above 0 are R and X.

The 3 divisions of letters are 1-9, but there are only 26 letters, I forgot that the 3rd division begins at 2 so they all end at 9.
I imagine the thought process was probably to start each section with 9 and count backwards, so you always 'end' with 9 and never get to zero.
