1967 dart/barracuda chrome horn pad in excellent condition chrome surround and center cap has great shiney chrome with some slight peppering on it but no rust or heavy pitting like most ive seen shows great. 60 plus shippng

How much peppering? I would describe mine similar, no rust but peppered.
Is it true chrome everywhere or a brushed finish?

chrome with brushed look on the 3 top extensions where the black stripes are.never seen them chromed in those spots.
 
They do all mount/orient the same. The more common base model horn ring has no painted grooves, fully chromed spokes. More pitting naturally comes with all that chrome. From what I've seen, this fancy horn ring was more common to Fury, Charger, etc.., but our first b'cuda had this one too. I still have it here. It does have the Plymouth fratzog horn button of course. I removed it because I didn't like it. The grooves collect dust just like the painted groove in that center console.
 
The partial and full horn rings use the same steering wheels and are interchangeable.
