i have a 1967 Dart GT with floor shift auto. The turn signals are not working, and the lever won’t lock in place.
The steering wheel seems a little wobbly so while I repacking the turn signals I wanted to replace the upper bearing. How do I go about repacking it? I did a search but most of what I saw was for 70 up columns. Do I need the upper bearing removal tool? Can it be done with the column in the car?
