So this is titled as a '67 Barracuda rebodied from a '68 parts car that was a 68 Formula S? What vin is on the dash and does it match the vin on the title? Thanks
1978 Oil/Water all look good. Trans removed for Beefing up and never put back in. It ran great when parted = I went to Track with him and watched it run in 78. With Slicks it would have run in 11's Trans began to slip on 2/3 by end of night At that time he had 20 plus Mopars in his collection and never got around to this one again
Sorry I see nothing to signify a 68?? OR an "S". Where is the vin tag located? On dash or door frame? Not nitpicking, just pointing out differences(steering wheel too)
The VIN is on the body in from of Drivers Door and is correct for this car and matches all other body #. The VIN on the dash is from 70 Duster 340 that dash came from and will be removed prior to sale as it is not to this car. Remember I just towed this back from So Cal and have not had time to do anything with it. i will put title on 67 in my name if required and take all responsibility for this sale.
It is a 56,000 original miles all number Match 69 Roadrunner Coupe. Stock except for Hooker Headers = NO other modifications period. No plated since 1984. Same Price $9,500. They will give someone a deal if they buy both. I just posted it on B Body forum. Roadrunner Sold and Delivered Thanks A Body forum!!! Thanks B Body forum!!!
The 1968 was wrecked in the back (He owned it as well). The entire running gear and hood/fenders/doors went into the 1967. All suspension pieces /8 3/4 Rear Springs etc. The car is a 67 Body and tag is on the door frame. Sorry for the confusion = I did not build it this way and am just selling it for my friends widow. I will put title in my name and take all liability and responsibility for this sale. The 67 doors and hood are included in sale. Hopefully I can find the 383 engine and original trans in his shops. I am verry sorry for any confusion = I guess you should call this a Tribute Car/Clone? I am a racer not a restorer type guy. I am trying to do the best I can under difficult circumstances = I am Old!
Send him a Pm if you didn't already. Let's not have a conversation about 2 cars on the same sale thread. Thanks

My son can take pics on weekends when not working. I am old. Goggle: John Irving Drag Racer to see articles on us. We delivered the Roadrunner Tuesday to new owner. We are dealing with several people on Cuda...No Deposit as of yet! We will sell for $6,500.00 less engine/trans. I can deliver 700 miles or less for expenses upon sale of Cuda.
I decoded the engine block # It is a 1964 casting 426 Wedge This engine made a lot of Horsepower It ran 12.7 @ 108 on tiny F70/14 tires It might have run in 11's on slicks? I have now put 14 inch Formula S Black wheels with BFG TA tires with only 1000 miles on it.
It has the A body 68 Formula S 3:55 Suregrip Rearend and all suspension brakes etc from the same car. All Offers Considered!
I have seen this car in person and it is straight and everything is as stated , John is a great guy to deal with !
