Actual 1968 Buick GS 400 (#vin 44637).
It was restored once since new and paint has been refinished with a great maroon metallic in excellent condition. The last picture is of the paints metallic look.

Engine was upgraded to the Buick 455. The 455 has some improvements, Poston Buick GS 116 cam, Edelbrock B4B intake, Stage 1 Buick heads, HEI ignition, Demon 750 carb, Headman headers, and 2 1/2 Magnaflow stainless exhaust.

Has turbo hydromatic 400 3 speed automatic transmission a with Transco shift kit, and custom 9" Neal Chance Stage 1 2800 stall converter.
It has a 12 bolt, 3:90 posi rear end. Buick road wheels in great shape with very good tires.

The rest of the car was kept original. The interior with buckets and console with horseshoe shifter and under body are in very good shape. Dash pad has no cracks and is supple. Door panels are also very good. There is a 3" seam separation on drivers seat bottom, and a small stain on passengers seat.. This car is an excellent condition, no rust, dents, scratches on this body. This is a true muscle car with the luxury of a Buick that has tilt wheel, power windows (that all work), power steering and brakes.

The 455 was a brand new 1976 block, which is a stronger block than the earlier Buick 455's. Less than 15k miles since being installed. Truly a turn key car ready to go anywhere. Needs to be seen, pictures don't do it justice.. Will ship out of the country, but let me know location first. Needs to be sold due to very recent health concern. $15900.. Buffalo NY
