I believe this is an older gents car. It was at Carlisle in '09 when I did the M-code A-body reunion. This 340 car was inside the Carlisle Dealership that year.......every bodies dream car!!!!!!!

He also had his M-code Dart in my M-code reunion then.

i have seen this car in person!! i have sat in this car its amazing!!!! i know the guy that currently owns it! he is the second owner. hi lives about 15 mins from me. he has a nice collection of 69 darts and yes even a M-code he has owned this car for altleast 4-5 years now. the man he purchased it from had it in a climate controlled garage all of its life. and im sure any serious buyers would be welcome to put it up on his lift and go over it for hours if they wished to do.

There would need to be a ton of documentation (45 years of pictures of daily newspapers next to the odometer!) before I would believe this. How many times have you seen "restored better than new". Who would buy a generally unappreciated car (especially in the 70's and 80's) in 1969 and not put miles on it for 45 years? There would have to be a really good story with it.

If I had the cash the red lines would be hanging off the quarters. Then I would mini tub it. Put a cowl hood on it with fat stripes. Cut the dash and the doors for a good sound system. Traction bars with red lights on them. Any other Ideas to give it splash of the past? LOL

Someone repainted the engine. Not a completely untouched car.

So that REALLY takes a lot out unique-ness of owning a 2K miles car.

IMHO, $25K to $30K car. And it better have all original paint and really untouched special undercarriage.

Air shocks with extensions and a USA-1 plate on the front. Get rid of the console and install a 4 inch shifter with a 10 inch boot

I also have seen the car up close and personal- It is as it is described- absolutely beautiful original- The car is legit and so is the present owner. I sold him my '68 Swinger 340 4 speed a year or so ago- and he put together a 340 for me this spring. Get guy- Not a wealthy guy- Just a hard working guy that hangs on to stuff. He has a soft spot for 69 Darts... Has the 69 Swinger he bought new- has a GTS convertible. Good guy and the nicest original I have seen-
Some may bad mouth the cleaned/painted engine.... a man does what he thinks is best- not necessarily to please others-

I love to see cars like this. But i could not own it without a clone to thrash. Plus you would have to wash it and wax it and it would take up space in the garage. Besides if he flat beds it to the show then you would need to drive it around in reverse to loose milage just saying. The picture is so dark looks like B5 blue.
