That's the plan this year. I talked to some guys at the Drag Strip this past fall and will hook up with them. He are some pics of their cars...................

There were some nice cars at the event. The local track to me is Mason Dixon in Boonsboro, Maryland. Been open since 1961.

I only have one small leak, I think it is at the AN fitting on the pan.........................

If temps here in Maryland go up and rain washes salt off roads I be taking mine out for a drive soon. I drive mine through the winter as long as roads are dry and not excessively salted up. No putting away all winter long for me.
I would like to do that as well. My driveway is a problem even when the roads are dry. We got quite a bit of snow this year, A lot more than the previous years.
I wouldn't run that 69 down the Drag Strip. Too rare and too unique, and you could crash and or blow the engine tans. I'd take it for a Sunday cruise here and there and show it. I know, "who asked you." Just my opinion
I would pave that drive and run it there! Invite friends, sell hotdogs. LOL
No all good, I think about that as well..................................
I would love to pave it, but after that, I wouldn't even be able to afford one hot dog..........................

I'm sure your racing friends have told you but if you're taking that car or any car on a shakedown run, make sure that other lane is empty. Not sure on your track but ours will allow us to run alone if requested. You'll have enough to think about without worrying about the other guyNo all good, I think about that as well..................................
A bit of street playing is just as dangerous. I remember a hemi dart, 2 Mr Norms Demons and a nice barracuda playing a little bit. That was funNo all good, I think about that as well..................................
Respectfully, I don’t think he’ll blow up anything that Sean built! There’s a YouTuber who may be on here that goes by DusterGarage that runs at Mason-Dixon with a yellow 340 Duster that’s worth a watch.
Thanks, not something I thought of. Another great reason to meet up with the local guys that run that track every weekend........

Hey @Scott_ 69HemiDart did you ever correct the pinion angle on the rear end? If not that 100% needs fixed before and drag strip action!
I will get that taken care of first..................... Those other guys with the 2 Darts are local and should be able to help me out.
I still want to put more miles on the transmission.

And remember that dual disc clutch you have is a killer. You will need to be VERY cautious on release, or you WILL break something in the drivetrain.
