1971 Plymouth Duster ( Irvine)

That car scares me! How is it the VIN tag and fender tag are off the car? It smells like a rebody to me. If I'm wrong Forgive me but it does scare me a bit!LOL
 
I think the other strip in the tag photo is an inspection tag. Not the VIN from dash.

looks like it has an auto in it now.
 
I actually talked to this guy on the phone three weeks ago, doesn't seem to be too crazy, but I'm not sure about the Tasmanian devil duster. I did some research and I thought that Mopar originally wanted this to be how the duster was but Warner Brothers wanted too much money for the licensing and mopar said no and made the duster logo in the image of Taz spinning, so I don't really know if they made any like this that werent something more than a prototype. Or he's just lying?
