1973-76 AC Heater Water Valve Vacuum Hose Hookup?

working on hooking up my vacuum heater control and heater water valve. Previous owner had the 2 vacuum lines coming from fire wall cut flush.

I took a pic, one hose is all black and one is black with green stripe it seems. My question is which one goes to engine vacuum and which goes to heater water valve? I have the 73 service manual but can’t quite figure out which one goes to where

If anyone has any info let me know thanks!

Hose with green stripe goes to water valve.
Black hose goes to lower nipple on vacuum reservoir
which is mounted on right inner fender.

Thank you! I have a separate vacuum canister but I have a port on their I’ll tap into it
