I have a bumper jack assembly out of a 1973 dart. It may work for other a-bodys with slot bumpers. this bumper jack has hardly been used. it is in excellent shape and very complete: jack, base, wrench, spring, spare tire hold down bolt, and spare tire cover. pics available if interested. $75 plus shipping from 56673 zip code.
