Theeeeennnnn I got after the floor and roof. Wire wheeled the **** out of it, cleaned it. Blew it out. Prep with some thinner and coated with rust inhibitor. Firewall will get some patches as I am going with aftermarket AC and Heat. Replaced wiper pivot seals, etc. Need to pull the steering wheel back out and do the driver’s side.

Will undercoat inside like I did with the Demon before it starts to get paint. Picked up power brake booster, proportioning valve, new power steering gear box. Found some rust....

I will look for a new door before I get this fixed. Lots to do.....I have 3 bins of stuff I need to blast and paint. Front end gets a rebuild. Will pull the fenders and remove hood. Hinges get a replacement as I will be putting on a fiberglass hood with scoop. Will roll it outside soon and pressure wash the **** out of it.

Ok car got a bath under the hood and firewall patched up to get ready for aftermarket heat and AC unit. Sourced a new set of doors with no issues and they are on the way. Ordered fiberglass hood with six pack scoop. Ordered a new tank, all seals and gaskets, complete interior screw kit, underhood bolt kit, bumper bolt kit, headliner, carpet, door sill plates, front and rear trim clip set, underhood screw kit, and God knows what else. Need to figure out rear suspension with 8 1/4 rear. Front suspension needs complete rebuild. Master cylinder upgrade complete. Test fitting brake lines. Picked up pink holographic and fuchsia holographic metalflake to do with FM3.

Interior underway at shop. Black with pink stitch.

Lord help me...

Organized all the new parts, labeled everything, blasted brackets and linkages, prepped and painted. Soooooo much to do and so little time!

Ok JD. We is 8n the air and we are about to rebuild the front end.....what the heck was it you wanted me to remember about what was there and what I needed?

I think it was that you need big ball joint upper control arms. I had to slap some small ball joint uppers on it to get it to move, and the only spindles I had were those drum brake ones off my Challenger conv. Those spindles use the big ball joint. My guess is you will be installing disc brakes anyway. You can either get some A body big ball joint upper control arms, or get 2 of Dr. Diff's sleeves to use the small ball joint in a big ball joint spindle.

Dash was blasted and prepped for paint. Satin black. Still have some work to do on the glove box door. Then reassembly can begin after I sort out the wiring and clean it all.

Got the fenders and splash shields off. Exposed the rust area under the vent drains that needs repaired. Removed all the undercoating....good Lord am I going to be sore tomorrow. Rear dropped out. Will get under there and clean the undercoat off as well. Got passenger side cleaned, wire wheeled and cleaned some more. Coated with some rust preventative. Once I get everything else off to rebuild front end will undercoat again. Passenger side is as far as I got....

Not looking forward to dealing with bumper bolts and supports. Plan to blast but not sure if I want body color or satin black. Mike did some body work to where he closed up firewall for aftermarket AC.

Dropped off a 360 at the machine shop Monday to get it in line. Gliderrider hooked me up with an intake that I blasted and painted today as well.

You bet. Very little in the way of major rust. The damage at the weep holes is minimal. Door was **** but I have new ones.

Ok put in a ton more time on the car today. Bumper, brackets, bumper panels loaded up to get blasted. Still need to pull rear as well. Got the DS under coat off, cleaned, treated with rust inhibitor. Undercoated both sides. Will complete the area once the suspension is off. Blasted hinges. All good except the DS. Happen to have a new one so life is good. Radiator support needs massaged with a BFH. Trying to decide on rear suspension components. Likely SS springs and relocation. Finished the dash...paint. Wife stopped by for a shop picnic.

Got glove box taken apart, blasted, prepped. Shot satin black. Took in an intake for a small block build...have a couple 318s I need to build now....360 at machine shop. 440 steel crank motor at machine shop should be done next week.
