1974 Duster

Just started getting in to this car ( got it home yesterday ). Happy to say - ZERO rust. Even the spare tire well is in tact. Bottoms of the frt / rear fenders/ doors, body floors are pristine. The paint job is a disaster area, and the interior is just about non-existent, but I don't see any major panel repairs looking from inside the trunk and/or underneath the fenders. Is there anyone who can decode the attached option plate? Thanks, John
