1975 B body disc to A body?

As the title suggests, I have a parts car, with a disc setup on it (75 RR). Is this a bolt on to A bodies? I swapped a 74 disc kit from an E body onto a 74 dart is the past, but unsure if the late 75 B is the same, or if the 75 setup is of any use to anyone. Thanks!!!

Everything between the ball joints will fit as long as you use the 73-76 large upper ball joint control arms.

nope

Also, whether or not you'll be able to use the calipers may depend on what kind they are. Sliders are no problem, but some of the later pin style calipers have the outlet for the hoses in a spot where it will interfere on an A-body.
