1975 Scamp Window Guide Bushings

Is there a source for these 2 bushings on the window guide on a 1975 Scamp 2 door. Did a quick internet search but really couldn't find anything. Can anyone tell me what they actual name is for these bushings?

Try RT Specialties. They have many small Mopar parts. Another may be Mrmoparts. They are in Arizona, I believe.
