So I have a 1976 Dart Sport, and recently have been having a weird thing with my driver side.
The car has been sitting for about a month, and I can't seem to find anyone who has had my same problem. When making left turns, my car sinks on the right, and the left raises high in the air for about 5-10 seconds before going back to normal. It is very unsafe to drive on, and pinches my break line when making U-turns, or hard lefts. It also rubs the tire on the fender enough to ware down the sidewall a lot, I have already had to replace that tire.

I'm not sure if it's a left, or right suspension issue, and if it is a control arm, or ball point problem.
Any feed back would be greatly appreciated, as I would love to be able to drive my car again.

Side not, I also forgot that the driver front tire tilts out at the top when turning left as well.

Imo, Unfortunately you will either have to get the car on a lift and take a look or have someone else do it. There's a multitude of loose worn rusted or broken parts that could be the problem. Attempting to diagnose anything like that is mere speculation on a forum where we can't see what's going on (you've not provided even one picture), and you obviously have a serious issue.

throw it up on some jack stands, pop the tires off and snap a few pics, post em up.

with what you're describing though, once the tires are off it should be fairly obvious.

Here are photos from the driver, and passenger side.

Your UCA positions indicate that you probably have maximum NEGATIVE caster set. The adjusting bolts on the UCA's appear to be set to the front leg of the UCA is all the way in, and the rear leg is all the way out. This is backwards from what you want, and will likely result in negative caster. Which will make the car handle like a shopping cart.

You didn't say if this was something that just started by itself, or started after parts were replaced. If it started by itself and you've made no changes to the UCA's, some of the problem could be from something that has broken- LCA bushing that has given up, LCA pivot tube in the K that has broken, etc. If you just made adjustments to the UCA's or had the alignment done, well, it's wrong.

Problem just started.

Well if it was fine before and suddenly it’s not then something broke, fell apart or got out of whack somehow. So you’ll have to investigate and see if you can find what happened.

Yup
suggest upper arm cam bolts have moved
or you have smacked a track rod sleeve off a curb and bent it, and you now have considerable toe out or toe in

if you sling a car together and make little attempt to align the front end.
Then.......
Try to push it, or drive it round the yard you can achive exactly what you describe everything trys to tear itself apart one side up one side down until the tyre slips and the process repeats.

one thing we can see is that you upper balljoints have not come out... which is good
