[SOLD] 1977 440 short block .030 over $400

Hello again, I have a 1977 440 V8 short block for sale, cast 4-2-77. It is .030 over with cast flat top pistons. External balance with correct balancer in place. NO camshaft. Oil pump/distributor drive is in place. I do have some '452 heads for this engine as well as '906 heads for an additional $100 per pair. The heads have not been rebuilt and condition is unknown. This engine comes with no camshaft or lifters, no timing set, no intake. Pictures show what is included except for cylinder heads. $400 for the short block, $500 for the short block and 2 cylinder heads. I do have log type exhaust manifolds that can be added to the sale. PM for more details. I will deliver up to 150 miles if payment is made in full prior to delivery. Engine stand IS included if wanted.

How much wear and tear is on the short block ?

There is a very slight ridge at the top of the bores, not even enough to catch a fingernail. Most likely carbon buildup. I don't have any micrometers to measure though.
