R/T, I don't think so. IIRC 97 was the first year for the R/T.
 
Damn. Solid dak near me. Wife won't let me get another till mine is finished haha
 
They used to have a 96 Dakota with a 318 manual trans in our department at work... I could chirp rubber in first, second, and third with that truck... That was fun to drive...
