It seemed like this forum was the best place for me to ask a question about installing my 2 speed wiper motor. I looked through the FSM but I couldn't find any specs on how much to torque the mounting nuts. Does anybody know or is snug good enough?

FSM usually has a page in each section dedicated to torque specs for the items covered in the section. Look toward the very first page of the section where it lists items covered in the section. Or maybe the very last page in the section. I know mine has these pages (1964 Dodge Dart FSM)

I would like to stand corrected. The FSM doesn't list a torque spec for the wiper motor at the end of the electrical section (at least in the 1966 Dart FSM I have access to right now.) In this manual is states " place the motor on the 3 mounting studs and tighten securely."

Removal - Dart Models
(1) Disconnect wiper link at wiper motor. For variable
speed motors note position of spring trip.
(2) Disconnect wiper motor lead wires at wiper
motor.
(3) Remove the three nuts attaching wiper motor to
wiper mounting motor bracket and pull motor from
bracket mounting studs and out from underneath instrument
panel.
lnstallation - Dart Models
(1) Position the motor on the three studs on the
mounting bracket and install three mounting nuts.
Tighten mounting nuts securely, making certain
motor ground strap is in place.
(2) Connect lead wires to wiper motor.
(3) Connect wiper link at wiper motor and install
spring washer and retaining clip. For variable speed
motors, position spring trip as outlined in “Wiper
Link Assembly.”

Don't sweat the small stuff. Snug it up with a 1/4" ratchet and call it good.
