2 speed wiper spring washer

I'm trying to get my 2 speed wiper going. I have everything except for a spring washer.

The washer goes underneath the clip that holds the wiper arm to the wiper motor in the cowl. The washer keeps the clip in place so that the wiper linkage doesn't come off of the wiper motor while it's running.

Has anyone found one on the web that fits?
