yeah, it's just a junction to the rears and a T for the front... very caveman..Not a lot to that.
No.. but 2 sets of calipers.. and they do move, they just don't bite.. 550psi isn't enough for discs at all...Have you tried watching the caliper piston move without a rotor installed?

Was just thinking that it would be hilarious if it's the banjo bolts
That's not even a valve. The only question would be if the ports are in the right place.

No extra washers?
ohhh no.. i thought you were thiking to stack some to move the bolt up test..I mean extra washers installed that could alter the position of the banjo bolt/banjo hole.
i will check that on the new hose.. never thought bout it since **** normally just worksMake sure the hole is lining up with the groove.
2 under and 1 on top? interesting, i have never heard of that but will try anythingI just did a cursory search on banjos-
Looks like some call for two washers.
if it's not spaced right, the hole can be blocked or partially blocked.
yeah, pretty small... i hadn't even thought of that, you would think the **** would just be a standardThe pics showed two on the bolt head side.
Look at it carefully and maybe even measure/stack up the bolt and washer(s) beside the banjo fitting.
make sure A- the washer doesn't cover the hole and B- the washer doesn't move the hole down so the fitting covers the hole.
It's like 1-3/32 inch clearance and a 1/32" hole, right?
That's tight.
wheres the 5th port?
the 2 on the top are in, there is one on the back that goes to the rear brakes, one out the front goes to the left front and one on the side you can't see in the pic goes to the right frontwheres the 5th port?
2 + 3 =5
?
