2016 Ram 1500 Question

I just got a used 2016 Black Ram 1500 Express. There are three switches to the right of the climate controls where the owner's manual shows a power outlet. Here are some pics. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks FABO.

Those are aftermarket add on switches. Not factory.
