Congrats to 'TT5.9mag' (FABO) for winning the Top Qualifier title at the NHRA Midwest Nationals with 34.5 bonus points. He picked of the #1 qualifiers in both Funny Car and Pro Stock Motorcycle, the #2 qualifier in Pro Stock and the #5 qualifier in Top Fuel.
'Alsant' (FBBO) grabbed the #2 qualifier spot with 32.0 bonus points.
More great picks!

We have 12 players this week and 11 different driver combos made up of:
* 6 different Top Fuel drivers with two Round 1 head-to-head matchups. One between #5 qualifier Brittany Force (7 picks) and teammate #12 qualifier Austin Prock (1 pick); the other between #7 qualifier Justin Ashley (1 pick) and #10 qualifier Mike Salinas (1 pick).
* 4 different Funny Car drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups. The earliest possibility of any head-to-head matchup is the Semi-Final round of eliminations.
* 3 different Pro Stock drivers with no Round 1 head-to-head matchups. The earliest possibility of a head-to-head matchup is the Semi-Final round of eliminations.
* 4 different Pro Stock Motorcycle drivers. The earliest possibility of any head-to-head matchup is the Semi-Final round of eliminations.

Good luck all!

I do admit to not understanding the points @ocdart
but how did all this happen in one race ? I see a tone of points changed. If you can, when you have time can you do your best to explain ?
30 points..or more..
Sorry to be a pain, but thats a drastic fall and jump for us at the top of the board.

Mike, game rules specify all picks must be posted before the start of qualifying in order to be eligible for both Round win points and event bonus points (qualifying position bonus points and event low ET and high Speed bonus points). Any player that posts there picks after the start of qualifying will be eligible to pick up only Round win points. If a player does not post there picks prior to the start of eliminations, then they will not score any points for the event.
You and another player did not post your picks for the Texas FallNationals before qualifying started. Therefore, you only picked up Round win points.

Now I understand, and should have known this a long time ago, my bad K.
Sorry, I guess I need to splash some water on my face  again, thank you my friend.

I know our "Pick 'Em" game is only for the Professional classes, but you may want to keep an eye on Top Alcohol Dragster at the Las Vegas Nationals next weekend.
There's going to be a competitor driving for the very first time in a National event. Tony Stewart will be in the #314 TAD. This should be interesting to see how he does in both qualifying and eliminations.
There are 21 TADs entered so he doesn't have qualifying guaranteed.

I'll be very surprised if he doesn't get some TV coverage.

Here's your Tuesday-before-the-race reminder...
