The heat riser springs I have on my 65 rusted through and are gone. I need a good set of heat riser springs to reduce the rattle when running.

Hoping someone can help.

PM me if you have some you want to sell.

They sell new ones online. I've never purchased from this site.

Thanks. That's Andy Bernbaums site. Great find. It's one of the two springs I need. Anti-rattle spring is missing, and the thermo spring is broke. Not sure why it application only goes up to 1964. Must be 318 Poly, but for 273, I don't know what the difference would be from 64 to 65.

Not yet Chewy. I have a few totes to go thru yet
Thanks Jeff. I appreciate the time.

I got both of mine from AMS Obsolete but that was probably 15 years ago.

Hey Chewy... are you wanting the coil spring or the anti-rattle spring in the drawing? I must have taken the manifolds off the 2 engines I have and maybe placed in one of my totes. Just making sure I am looking for what u want. And you need one for each side correct? 2 total

Hi Jeff

After the page above AB page above, the anti-rattle spring is the primary one I am looking for. Thinking I'll order the new thermo spring from AB.

Edit: only need one, they are on the passenger side manifold.

Getting one of the thermo springs off an old manifold is a challenge at best.

Thank you for trying Jeff, I appreciate you taking the time to look.

Will measure it and check McFaddendales to see if they have something that will work. It's the only real hardware store in town.
