Hello guys im new to this and would like some insight on whatever advice you can give. Im new to owning my 73 duster which im rebuilding and just paid 5k to get engine worked on and oil leaks stopped etc... ok so my problem now is that its idling waayy too high and I don't know much about motors. I do paint and body and a little interior restoration. I have an idea that it could be air gas mixture screws or the spring for throttle too loose. also timing might be an option but my car runs fine but can feel a little sluggish when cruising. Is this a dirty carb? please help out guys like I said im new to this and have no idea how to do most except by watching youtube videos but most aren't engine specific and I don't know if that matters. Hopefully can get some guidance here.

thanks

We need to know what carburetor and intake. How is the PCV connected (or is it) Some pics would be great too.....
