I have two 340 blocks and crankshafts for sale. The 1973 block is .040 over and has a cast crank. It needs one sleeve replaced due to a dropped valve. 7 stock 68-71 pistons and rods are included with the block and crankshaft. $200 The 1970 block is .030 over and has a forged steel crank. It needs one sleeve replaced due to the piston pin scoring it. The crank needs one rod journal repaired. $200

Us either and we were first in line. Rodney's left more than one message. We had planned on giving a deposit to hold the stuff and then come this weekend.....evidently that ain't happenin.

He's on here all the time sending replies but no answer here either.if anyone else buys the 73 block, please let me know the#s on the oil pan rail. Thanks, mike

I bought this 340 in Miami Florida in 2000. That is why I haven't been to my garage to retreive the numbers. I will get them this Sunday and post them next weekend. I have access to the internet only one day per week. Sorry for any confusion. I calledl Rodney about the 340's. They are still for sale.

There must be some communication error. I called Rodney about the 340's the very next day after getting his number from you. We talked for 30 minutes about them. He told me that when he went to Spartanburg to pick up his crankshafts from the machine shop, he would call me and come on up and buy the 340's from me on the same trip. If something has changed, please let me know. Thanks.

Sorry I missed this. As far as I know, he's still interested. He's not made the Spartenburg run yet. I will talk to him about it and let you know.

He said he's still interested and not trying to jack you around. Just trying to coordinate the Spartenburg trip...and the cranks are not ready yet. He said he'd call you this week. We are swamped.
