340 engine block vin OE139388

because this is an outstanding group of people here, I decided to put this out there in case it's your missing link. pictures included, and if my peeper's aren't failing too awfully bad, I believe it reads OE139388. and FW340P31390019. good luck!

0E 139388 is from a 1970 Challenger & since LA did not produce any convertibles, the only possible VIN on the car your block came from is JH23H0E139388

I did not have this one in the 1970 LA Registry yet, so I made a note to contact you if I do hear of the car.
