Up for sale is a serious LA based street/strip engine. The engine features ported closed chamber W2 cylinder heads that measure 52cc. The heads have not been hogged out and flow 290+cfm @ .600” . The heads have Ferrea Super competition valves 2.08/1.6 and PSI double roller valve springs T&D shaft rockers 1.65 ratio, 11/32” bronze liners, properly machined guides and spring seats. The block is a 360 bored and plate honed .060”, ARP mains studded and line honed, oiling mods done, decked. Compression ratio will check in at 12.2-race gas required. Icon forged pistons hand finished, Scat I-beam rods, Eagle 4340 steel 3.58” crank with Armorshield surface treatment. Edelbrock Victor Jr. 340 w2 singleplane, Proform 950 carb. Custom Comp solid roller 250/252 @.050 with Scorpion solid roller lifters. The engine is near completion and will be dynoed. Expected output is anywhere from 570-600 hp with a power curve that should extend well into the 7000+ rpm range. It should put a decent chassis into the 10’s @ 3000-3200 pounds.
