383 STROKER KIT QUESTION

I have a 383 that i am going to have built. Ive heard that you can built a 383 stroker with standard bore & have 426 ci. Does anyone sell a stroker kit with standard bore pistons ?

I sell kits, but no one I know of offers stroker pistons for this combination in a standard bore.

Honestly, your bore is probably not clean enough at standard for the rings to seal correctly in the first place. 50 plus years of use will require some attention.

I just sold a 489" / 383" kit to a guy in Germany a few months ago. That one utilizes a 4.25" stroke crankshaft.

The kits all cost the same from a 431" to 489"

Thank you the block i got is very clean it has no rig at the top of the bores i was hoping the machine shop would just have to clean the bores up and make sure they are straight but we will see ill send you a PM
