If you have any issues cutting it to fit the screen, let me know and I can see about making you a model that's designed to fit your screen.

This is what we use at work for joining abs 3d prints

i might need some help. my cluster does not fit in this thing at all. if anything ill probably just make something out of sheet metal. i did get it all together and mostly sanded down.

Drop me a DM and we can talk about the screen you're trying to use, see if I can help.

Edit: How's the fit into the dash?

I just wanted to post to say thanks to @TurboGLH for your generosity. I'm using the no guages file you've shared. I'm integrating 1995 B van guages with it. I had hacked the guages into my car a few years ago, as a way to have a factory electric speedometer as I'm running a 5.2 Magnum in my car with stock ecu and OBD1 wiring. I'm getting closer to something that doesn't look ugly. White pieces are PLA for prototype. Black parts are PETG. Printer is a Creality K2 Plus.

I've been picking away at this one for the last couple years and it was deceptively difficult (at least for me). It's still not 100%, you'll see in photos below that when you view it from the sides there's a gap that is due to me missing where the angle changes and also getting the angle itself wrong slightly. I plan to come back to it later and fixing it using my spare dash for mockup.

Cluster is modeled in Fusion360 and can be adjusted for any gauge setup that will fit. I currently have (1) 3-3/8 and (4) 2-1/6 plus the shift light angled towards me. The drivers side gauge is obstructed from direct view, and I chose voltage to go in that location.

My current printer isn't big enough to print in one piece, so I printed it in two and glued using super glue. When I fix the mismatch on the sides, I plan to make some tweaks to the seam line that will hopefully make it less noticeable.
