I've been picking away at this one for the last couple years and it was deceptively difficult (at least for me). It's still not 100%, you'll see in photos below that when you view it from the sides there's a gap that is due to me missing where the angle changes and also getting the angle itself wrong slightly. I plan to come back to it later and fixing it using my spare dash for mockup.

Cluster is modeled in Fusion360 and can be adjusted for any gauge setup that will fit. I currently have (1) 3-3/8 and (4) 2-1/6 plus the shift light angled towards me. The drivers side gauge is obstructed from direct view, and I chose voltage to go in that location.

My current printer isn't big enough to print in one piece, so I printed it in two and glued using super glue. When I fix the mismatch on the sides, I plan to make some tweaks to the seam line that will hopefully make it less noticeable.

Not sure how well the superglue works, but if it's even an issue get the permatex black plastic weld.. the stuff is AMAZING, i have to use it to fix broken plastic at work a lot.

I wish someone made one of these to fit a Pro Dash. Making mine by hand was satisfying but incredibly labor intensive.

The gauge cutout is just one step in the whole cluster. I added a file that only has the cutouts for headlights/wipers. It's easy to load the model into your favorite cad software and add cutouts for whatever type/size gauge you wanted to use, including Pro Dash.

File is in the folder linked above.

Works pretty well with ABS, or at least 3d printed abs. Acetone also works, but is harder to apply.

I made some small changes that should correct the gap shown in the last two pictures. I adjusted the position of the lower mounting holes and the height of standoffs on the upper holes. I have to print a new half and dig out my spare dash frame to verify. Files are in the same link in the 2025 folder.

I've put version with/without gauges and also a simplified version of the Fusion file if someone wants to load that up and make changes.

do you have a blank one with no holes? also would you be able to print one for me? i dont know anyone with a printer and the places ive tried to contact locally never got back to me from past projects i tried to have printed.

need to mount my powertune digital dash. was thinking of trying to make one out of metal but dont really have the time.

I don't really want to get into printing these. My home printer is too small to print in one piece, so the final product needs to be printed in two and glued.

I have a version linked above that has no gauges if you want to make a go at modifying it.

If you take good dimensions off the digital dash (or provide the exact model # and a drawing from the mfg) I can make a version for you to get printed.

Have you tried Xometry? They’re probably based in China but you can upload your model, spec the material and get an instant quote.

Xometry is more of a broker: They can source 3d printing in the US or China. Just specify what sourcing you want.

Protolabs in MN offers 3D printing of larger parts. Haven't used them in awhile. I think if you down load the file it will give you a quote.

Is the dash shape the same from 69 to 70? I know the cluster is different. I have been wanting to do this for my 69 and just wondering if this would be a good rough start rather than figuring out all the angles and’s starting geometry myself.

I think a 69' valiant would be the same shape, but not the dart? It might make sense to do a bit of searching and then post in the interior section if you can't find an answer.

I would to suggest, something like a cluster delete, that holds a removable tablet from outside,

and has oil pressure, volts, and temp gauge holes, (mini gauges?) and switch holes.

just so a tablet can simply lock in, or be removed easily (theft prevention)

my dash is trashed, speedo broke needle, etc. (I also think I have the nastiest dash pad ever seen, it's scary...lol)

Anyways, easier to check my speed thru GPS, and eventually blue tooth the radio thru a tab

a paradox instrument delete/upgrade.

also pumbing solvents will chem weld printed plastics, and change finishes (smooth and flatten shine) depending upon plastic used

very nice site, been a lurker for a while.

The shape or angle is the same and the end profile is the same! I did some test prints of your model and that allowed me to draw up my own dash, thank you! I have the gauges now just need to print the whole thing.
