I’ve got two 4 post hoists and have a RJ-35 sliding jack on each of them. Definitely worth the price, considering how much safer it is than using bottle jacks on the jacking tray. I built a trolly to move a jack to the other hoist if I need both jacks on one hoist. Those jacks are HEAVY! Shop around. I found a $200 difference for the exact same jack, just called a different name.
Big bottle jack in the tray and a sliding jack for the other end. I stood Direct up on a lift I ordered in, so need to wait a bit to order another jack from them! LOL
Plan to either pick it up at the warehouse yourself, Jim, or have a friend pick it up for you. The shipping costs on the RJ-35 approach the cost of the jack itself because it is very heavy.
Yeah - they loaded mine in the back of the Suburban with a forklift...put it in a bit further than my cherry picker could reach - a little yankee ingenuity (and help from a couple of folks) got the bugger out...
I don't have a fork lift, and my tractor is an agricultural type with no front end loader, so I used the boom from my post hole auger on the ag tractor's 3-point hitch to lift the RJ-35 out of the bed of my friend's truck and carry it into the shop.
