4 speed tranny mated to a 5.7 Hemi

Yep, had one behind my 5.7 for a few years before I swapped to a 6 speed. Pretty easy, about the only thing you likely will need to do is trim the pilot nose on the input shaft. The hemi crank isn't necessarily bored large or deep enough for the rather long 833 pilot shaft. You can trim it up and use a register style pilot bushing/bearing just fine though. I think most take somewhere between 1/2-3/4" off the end. Just make sure to measure and fit up before you cut.

Also, you need to get a new 130 tooth flywheel to use a 10.5" clutch.
