Hey All:
Just bought this off of tiller02 on here.
Nothing wrong with it. I am going to be refinancing my house next month to take advantage of the crazy low rates, and would like to have the cash to pay down on the mortgage if possible.
IF someone buys it before the refi goes through, I will sell for what I paid - $4500. If it doesn't sell before the refi I am keeping it and going 10s next year. I won't take a loss on it to sell it.
Here are the details provided by Tiller02. I have build sheets, cam card, etc.

Always ran Joe Gibbs XP5 full synthetic oil, changed twice a year.
