I'm going to be selling my 70 model 440 in a few months.The only thing I know is has a steel crank ,trw replacement heads ,509 cam,906 heads,mopar distributor,polished eddy 2,holley stripped 870 cfm,and Oil pan .I'm keeping the valve covers,air cleaner,waterpump housing and waterpump,and pulleys.If I bought it I would port the heads and check the valve springs.
Thinking about asking 1700 .This is going to be in a few months.I might add a PTC converter that has about 100 miles on it.
