Does anybody have the measurments for the 440 8 bolt crank register diameter and the bolt circle diameter and spacing? I need to make an adapter for the dyno. Thank you.

I thought all 440s were six bolt. Hemi cranks are eight bolt.
I don't have the info you need, but I'm pretty sure one of the bolts was offset.

As 33IMP stated 440 cranks are six bolts... Either a Hemi crank of an old 413 crank for a cast iron torqueflite...

That's not true guys. You have a lot more choices in 8-bolt aftermarket 4340 crankshafts configurations than you can get in 6-bolt versions.

Motorhomes? Industrial? Last I knew, a 26 hemi crank would drop right in a 440

Many aftermarket cranks are 8 bolt. An RB wedge and 426 based hemi can swap cranks. 3.75 stroke

A quick and cheap repair of a 426 hemi was to use a 440 crank. But who knows how the balance comes out.
