4sp trans with VIN

Looking for owner before I offer for sale. I bought this many years ago (late 1990's) in Jonesboro Ar at a salvage yard. It was in a school bus with a lot of other parts. Somebody ran the numbers for me once many years ago and said it was a 1969 Dart GTS 340. #9B347655 ?
