5.7 into a 71 valient

wanting to put a 5.7 hemi in my 71 valient want to see if anyone has did it in any abody ? whats the cost with out the cost of the motor ? friend of mine is doing it and SAYS A 904 BOLTS RIGHT UP ? any info will be appreciated thanks

Bellhousing is the same I currently am working on a Gen 3 into my 66 Dart and I’m keeping the 4 speed
