So you should be asking for an Early A V8 gas pedal.

Yes or a slant 6 with ac,either way both use a cable instead of the rod style.

Well shoot howdy, you are correct. I thought this pedal only came in V8 cars. You learn something every day.

What are you doing to your car ?
2 bbl conversion ?
V8 conversion ?

2bbl or 4bbl conversion. The v8 comes when my boy gets old enough to drive. So i got 6 years of cruising still.

I have a 64-66 A-Body pedal/mechanism used with V-8 cars. It needs the cable and you will need to reuse your current pedal mount. PM me if this looks right for you. Cheers - Mike
