63 dart doors on a 65 dart body.

Yes, the latch from a 65 will fit the 63 door if you carefully cut or grind the opening to fit. Then, two of the three machine screws fit so what I did was drill a hole to fit the 65 latch, ground threads off a similar countersink machine screws so I could slip it in the hole and latch and hammer it to form the sheet metal to have a countersink shape close to the others. Then I removed the latch and welded up the unused hole. I put the latch back in and tightened all of the screws to ensure proper fit. Then a little sanding, priming, sand with guide coat and paint.

This is a 63 door with the 64/65 latch fitted.
