I'd go for a litle bit negative camber when sitting at factory ride height. (Sometmes no longer refered to as negative, butI mean top of the tires closer than the bottom) Then as much caster as you can get with both sides as even as you can get. Recheck camber. Then yes, toe last as it is the most sensitive to change by the other two.I can't get any more caster without sacrificing camber going negative. Just need to set Toe soon.
The modern radial tires tend like more negative camber than the bias plies of the early 60s. Try - 1/2 to -1 camber and see how tire wear is. For competition tires the manufactures will have recommendations for camber but less common for street tires.
