63 Valiant sedan bench seat interchange?

So my 63 Valiant came with some random modern bucket seats that left a lot to be desired, I scored a cheap bench from a 69 Dart but when I got to drop it in the mounting holes don't line up and the front of the seat doesn't clear the transmission hump.

Was this seat interchangeable or did I get the wrong one? Any ideas on how I can make it possibly fit?

The car is automatic if that makes a difference.

Early A is different in a lot of ways from the later models (67 and up)

Not sure what crosswalk there is. I'm thinking 63 - 65 maybe 66??

Yup, '63-6 should fit. Just get the proper body style sedan. a 2dr seat needs a folding seat back....a 4dr doesn't.
