64 valiant/65 barracuda parts interchange

Howdy will a 65 barracuda rear valance fit a 64 valiant?

area under the rear bumper? Probably yes but the Barracuda may have an exhaust cutout.

Same fit. As pishta mentioned, the '65 Commando cars used an exhaust tip that required a cutout on the left side of the rear valance.
