65 barracuda slant 6 to 318 swap ???

Hello all, just wanting to confirm on this swap. Will the slant 6 k member work for a 318 install with automatic transmission? Or do I need a v8 k member from a donor car? Thanks.

Early A K’s are the same whether slant or V8 - it’s the motor mounts that are different
