65 Barracuda Tail Light Gasket

Is anyone reproducing the 1965 tail light-to-body gasket in rubber, as my originals?

Did you check with DMT? 65

Only ones I can find are plastic. My originals are rubber (but not in very good shape), which in my opinion make an actual seal between the housing and fender.

Do you happen to have any pics of those rubber gaskets?

I just took one yesterday, but didn't have time to post until now. The plastic one is from one of the early parts donor cars from many years ago. So, I don't have a clue if it was a 64 or 65. My car is a '65 with an August 28 production date. I have owned it since Feb. 1967.

As far as I know....I have never seen those gaskets in rubber, they have always been plastic.

The rubber gaskets are not reproduced by anybody.

We do reproduce the plastic versions.

You see the difference where the plastic ones have four screw tabs for fastening and the rubber ones don't.
