I never could See My Speedometer very well at night and especially after I added the two aftermarket gauges next to it that are Green (clear bulbs w/ the lil green condoms on them)
I decided to Add an extra bulb socket into the cluster and switch to All-Green 194 Bulbs...
I noticed the Speedo only let the light in across the top so I grinded a small area of it's cover on the Low-Side of the Speedo and added the extra light there, also removed the Blue Filters that cover the bulbs for More Light and More Green. I just got back from My Midnite Test Ride and it's Noticeably Brighter and Definitely Greener!
I have Two Auto-Meter Gauges under the Radio that are Green also (Tach and Vac)
It all looks kinda uniform now and I actually had to turn the Dimmer down some with the 194's in there... but I like it. I couldn't get a decent pic of All 6 Gauges, Maybe later
