66 - 69 A body buckets

Are the frames and bottoms similar enough to install any upholstery on any frame?
i.e...could '69 bucket upholstery be installed on a '66 frame?
Could 66 bucket upholstery be installed on a '68 frame?

No.

68/69 are different. The earlier versions have a back plate and other trim. The upholstery could be modified I guess, but more work to do so and does not make sense.

I was told you can make the 66-67 into the later ones. The 66-7 have the little hooks for the metal back.

Nope completely different animal.. the good news is all 68/69 buckets are the exact same seat frame no matter which side you want it on. Which side you mount the seatback latch on and which side tracks you mount will make it into a left or a right.
