66 dart sedan, slant, original ignition switch. Recently I am noticing that when I stick the key in, and turn it to on, nothing happens. If I jiggle it to the right then the system turns on (lights) and I start it.
I can always start it. So it is that On moment, that the lights are supposed to go on that isnt happening consistently.

So the key is worn, so I imagine the ignition switch is worn as well. Currently it is keyed to be the same as the driver door.
What are my options?

Your problem can be either the switch itself or the lock and tumblers. If I had to hazard a guess, I would suspect the switch just because of it's age. When the switch is removed it will be simple to remove the lock and tumblers and install in your new switch. Keeps your keys the same.

I would suspect switch, as the cause, not the lock. Not to say the lock/ cylinder is not worn out LOL
