NICE collection! A lot of them you have are hard to come by now. Several I've never even seen before. You're not helping my newfound model collecting addiction at all. You should build another one this winter. I'm finding it easier than I did when I was a kid (I stopped when I was probably around 11 or 12), though I'm still learning the ropes. The dedicated guys on youtube are helping a lot. Enjoy that awesome collection!

I have 1974 Satellite Sebring Plus so I collect the 73-74 Road runner kits and promo's....I have the original release unbuilt from 1974, then some other releases over the years where it wore GTX badging, then recently re-released. I also have some cool funnycar kits, the MOPOWER kit is a Satellite and also have a Shirley Muldowney kit, strange thing about this is she NEVER raced a 73-74 Satellite funnycar, only a 1972 so its kinda odd :glasses7:

Some more, 3 are promo's and the others are older built kits and some that need work, all vintage ones :glasses7:

The 74 nice Road Runner promo my dad bought me for my birthday and is mint with the original box. These 73-74 promos are hard to find with a decent roof, when the promos were assembled the glue used to hold the windows in melted and warped the roof, some are really bad, these are still pretty good but all 3 show a little.

Here are 2 odd ones.....the first one I bought at the Mopar Nationals many years ago, it was in a box of toys and I paid $4 for it! Its a 73-74 Satellite Police car, its friction powered and about 5" long, never seen another one ever!

The other I got on eBay, its painted up but its a 73-74 Road Runner, very small, think it was used for model rail road displays, pretty neat :glasses7:

Wow what a cool and rare collection.

I would like to see you display your trophy's.

I knows it its been difficult and then to have the damn power go out on a few occasions doesn't help either!

Ya home now? (Thats about as bad as "Can ya hear me now" crap......) LOL

Here is a pair od resin 66 Valiant kits I got, the one is an altered wheelbase to build the "Hairy Canary" kit, other is a stock Signet body.

First off, the 66 Valiant promo is one of the rarest or is the rarest Mopar promo made and get huge crazy money so the resin kits are pretty much the only option. The Signet kit has a 65 dash and the interior looks to be 65 also...notice the roof at the rear? It has a 63-65 roof, the rear window on a 66 doesn't have a curve like that....I just noticed this when I took pics but had the kit for awhile. Never built one of these "resin" kits but they look like a lot of work to clean up, lots of stuff to trim off and smooth out.

Here is my 70 Dart Swinger resin kit, chassis mold is the same as my 66 resin kit which is the old 63-69 promo a-body chassis mold. It has a rallye dash and Demon seats, also the front grille has the lights blocked out like the Petty dirt track kit car model....but overall a neat kit :glasses7:

The 70 Dart was never offered as a stock kit, it came as a wheelstander LA Dart and a dirt track car so I'm sure the interior was a mold from the old 1971 Demon kit. I did however recently score a 70-71 Dart grille for this on eBay that came with new chrome and it had head lights so it must also be from the Demon too.

I have the 66 Valiant Kit, I did notice the rear window:glasses7: Yep:happy1: lots of stuff to trim off and smooth out on it :coffee2: You have quit the collection of many years that has been built and WOW!! What a stash

Here are more kits I built, most I built between the ages of 10-14 years old. Some some even looked like "barn finds" lol :glasses7:
