67 barracuda front suspension problem

Asking for a friend who has a 67 barracuda. Problem is when he gets on it the front end rises up but stays up until you roll car or push down on front of car. Has tubular upper control arms but otherwise stock suspension. Upper arms were rubbing on mounts but are clearanced and free movement now..Thanks for your input.

3rd hand suspension problem diagnosis via the internet? This should be entertaining.

Sounds like something is binding. Was the suspension recently rebuilt? Did they torque the LCA pivot nuts at ride height? Was a proper alignment done?

Seriously though, this is gonna be near impossible without pictures and detailed, specific information on what’s happening.
